We’re Turning Heads
The Iron Cross is a motorized/air-operated pallet load reorientation unit, designed to integrate seamlessly into our conveyor systems.
Whether you’re preparing loads for strapping, labeling, or pick-up, being able to quickly and reliably reorient a pallet can make a big difference….
That’s where the Iron Cross comes in.
Why Choose the Iron Cross?
At its core, the Iron Cross is all about precision, safety, and control. It gives operators the ability to rotate pallet loads 90° or 180° and lift them by 3 inches using a positive air-operated linkage. This flexibility allows for smoother transitions through various stages of processing—like labeling, wrapping, or load transfer.
Built to Handle Heavy Loads
The Iron Cross is designed to accommodate loads of up to 3,000lbs and is built directly into 251 CDLR or drag chain conveyor systems. It’s engineered to meet the needs of demanding environments while keeping things moving efficiently on the floor.
